Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We offer something unique to both local and international patrons, ensuring a memorable coffee experience every time.


Returns

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

We offer a no-questions-asked refund if:

  • The product is returned within 15 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, sealed, and undamaged

  • The original packaging is intact

Missing Items

In case any item is missing from your order, it is mandatory to provide an:

  • Unboxing video, or

  • Unpacking video

to our customer support team. This applies to both:

  • Partial orders

  • Empty box deliveries


Special Return Conditions

Bars & Cookies

Refunds are eligible if:

  • The product is returned within 15 days

  • Packaging is intact and undamaged

  • Not more than:

    • 1 single bar, or

    • 1 pack/pair of cookies

has been consumed.

Liquid Coffee Sachets

To qualify for a return:

  • Not more than 1 sachet should have been consumed.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email

  • Approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 to 4 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Via cheque/IMPS for COD orders, whichever is convenient


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Cancellations

For order cancellations:

  • Please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order online

  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch details or tracking information has been shared


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Unfortunately:

  • Sale items cannot be refunded


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective, or

  • Damaged

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • You will receive a gift credit

  • A gift certificate will be mailed after the returned item is received

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from approved refunds
